Marta Freitas Olim, Degree and Master in Social Work from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, completed in 2002 and 2013.
Family and Couples Therapist by the Sociedade Portuguesa de Terapia Familiar since 2008.
She worked at CHLO, Centro Hospitalar de Lisboa Ocidental, in Hospital de Santa Cruz from 2002 to 2014, in several departments: Nephrology, General Surgery, Cardiothoracic Surgery, Pediatric Cardiology, and at Hospital de S. Francisco Xavier in the Emergency Department.
She has worked since 2014 to date at Diaverum as Director of the Social Service Department. Since 2016, she has also assumed the direction of the Social Responsibility and Communication Department.
She published several studies on chronic kidney disease and its impact on the person being treat and their family.
